Royalty-free commercial licenses include source access and unlimited manufactured units and customers within one agreed product family. Your accepted purchase terms define the license and included services.

Indie — €1,399

Issued to one named individual for their own independent product family. Includes two onboarding hours for build/setup, MCU/PHY wiring and callback review, a written bring-up checklist, one year of updates and bug fixes and a 48-hour email response target. Employer or company projects require a Company license held by that legal company.

Company — €4,699

Held by the named legal company for one agreed product family, with unlimited authorized employees and contractors working on that family. Includes eight total scoped integration hours, a 24-hour priority email response target and quarterly reviews during the included first year within those hours. Deliverables include setup/build configuration and MCU/PHY callback/wiring review, a written checklist and findings/report from the agreed build/test review.

Both packages provide perpetual, royalty-free rights to one agreed product family and the same source, documentation and reference release, with one year of updates and bug fixes. Manufactured units and customers are unlimited and royalty-free, including variants, successors and hardware revisions within the agreed commercial range. MCU/PHY changes retain the license. Agree board/compiler/PHY/tasks and the booking window before scheduling; larger ports and additional validation are quoted separately. Reproducible stack bug fixes do not consume custom engineering hours. Additional families, subsidiaries and broader SDK redistribution require agreed additional scope.

The quote records the agreed named commercial range and license holder. Checkout uses that approved scope. Existing agreements retain their accepted rights.
